TDI-Brooks Reports Theft Of New $1 Million Deep Push Cpt (Geomil Manta-200)

TDI-Brooks has filed with the Galveston Port Police Department the theft of a newly purchased ~$1 million GeoMil Manta-200 CPT by Project Development Group (PDG) and GDT Offshore S.A. de C.V. (Mexican firms) along with DeepOcean Group (headquartered in Oslo, Norway).

TDI-Brooks has initiated the process of civil and criminal actions in Texas against these entities following the unauthorized transport of TDI-Brooks’ equipment onboard an ocean-going vessel to Mexico by one or more of the named companies. TDI-Brooks has also been working in conjunction with the Mexican authorities to stop the importation of its equipment in Ciudad del Carmen, Mexico prior to it being utilized on a PEMEX project.

This case is ongoing.
