Interview:  William Prentice, CEO, Meridian Energy Group William Prentice, Meridian Energy Group, talks about the old perception of refineries and how new technologies are changing people’s views on the industry’s image.  The Davis Refinery which is being designed with a throughput capacity of 49,500 bpd of Bakken crude oil. Oil refining facilities that are designed to, or capable of, processing 50,000 bpd or more of crude oil fall under the PSC’s siting jurisdiction.

Spiess is the host of two radio programs, Building the Bakken and Coffee & Capitalism, and three specialty programs, MonDak OilField Review, Corporate Ink and UnStuck, that carry a radio network that spans five states and two countries. Spiess is a North Dakota native and graduated from North Dakota State University.
